Why a full room matters on a live
People decide in a few seconds whether to stay on a live. A broadcast showing 3 viewers feels like a rehearsal; one showing 300 feels like an event worth joining. The viewer counter is displayed at the top of the screen for everyone, so it shapes the first impression of every person who drops in.
Instagram also notifies more followers when a live gains traction early. A strong start helps your real audience find the broadcast.
Planning your order
Live views depend on timing, so plan ahead:
- Place the order before your live and mention the planned date and time in the custom field or by message to the team.
- Go live from the account whose username you entered.
- Keep the broadcast going long enough for viewers to join; we recommend at least 20 to 30 minutes.
If your live starts earlier or later than planned, tell us on WhatsApp so the team can follow.
How many viewers to choose
The slider goes from 100 to 5,000 viewers in steps of 100. For a small account, 100 to 300 viewers already change the atmosphere. Brand launches and Q&A sessions on larger accounts often use 1,000 or more. Choose a number that fits your follower count so the room looks plausible.
What viewers do and do not do
Viewers raise the live counter; they do not chat, send hearts or buy what you present. Prepare questions, a guest or a reason for real viewers to engage. Your account must be public, and we never ask for a password.
