This policy explains which personal data we process on likes-quality.fr, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
1.Data controller

2.Data collected
- Orders: email address, first name, last name, phone (optional), target entered (username or public link), order details, amount, payment references (no card data).
- Customer account: username, email, hashed password, order history, loyalty points, preferred language.
- Contact: name, email, subject, order number, message content.
- Newsletter and free trials: email address, consent, sign-up date and IP address.
- Browsing: IP address, technical security logs and, if you accept, visit statistics.

4.Retention periods
- Order data and invoices: for the duration of the relationship, then archived for the legal retention period for accounting records.
- Customer account: until deleted, or 3 years after the last activity.
- Contact messages: 3 years.
- Newsletter: until unsubscription; marketing: 3 years after the last contact.
- Technical security logs: 12 months maximum.
- Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum; consent choice: 6 months.
5.Recipients and processors
Data is accessible to the Likes Quality team and to strictly necessary providers:
- o2switch (France): hosting of the site, database and emails;
- Stripe, through the group’s payment site: payment processing;
- Google Analytics: visit statistics, only if you accept it;
- Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-bot protection of forms, if enabled.
Your data is never sold. Some providers may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions, including the one covering the United Kingdom, or standard contractual clauses).
6.Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted back-office access with two-factor authentication, login attempt limits and regular backups protect your data.
7.Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to support@likes-quality.fr. We reply within one month. You can also delete your account from your customer area and unsubscribe from the newsletter from any email.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), the French CNIL (cnil.fr) or the data protection authority of your country.
