How does the TikTok follower counter work?
Enter a username or paste the link of a public TikTok profile. The counter reads the account’s public statistics, then refreshes them every few seconds: each new follower appears without reloading the page.
No TikTok login is needed and no password is ever requested. Only data visible to any visitor of the profile is read; nothing is posted or changed on the account.

Is the counter really live?
It checks the account’s public data every few seconds and shows each change as soon as it is available.
Do I need an account or a password?
No. The public username is enough. We never ask for a password.
Why does the number differ from the app?
The TikTok app often rounds the display (for example 128.4K) and may cache values. The counter shows the exact number publicly available.
Can I show the counter during a live stream?
Yes. Full-screen mode shows a plain background and a giant counter. In OBS or Streamlabs, add the page as a browser source; the green-screen background makes keying easy.
Does it work with a private account?
No. A private account’s statistics are not public.
